Four rules, no editing needed
You do not need to be a content creator, and you do not need to edit anything. If you prefer, feel free to add your own edit before sending it our way, but please also send us the unedited video.

10 to 60 seconds is usually the sweet spot, but feel free to go longer!
Keep it clear
Good lighting, steady footage in 1080p resolution or higher. If edited, please also send the original file (no filters, captions, music, or watermarks).
Your Orbit Baby, used safely
Children properly harnessed, products installed as directed, no aftermarket add-ons. Never film while driving. We cannot reward or publish a video that shows unsafe use.

Submit your video
Invitation only. Submit with the email address your invitation was sent to.
You keep ownership of your video. You are confirming it is yours to share, and giving Orbit Baby permission to use it, including in paid ads. You can ask us to stop using it going forward at any time.
Program terms and content submission terms
Who can enter. This is an invitation-only program. You can enter if you received an email invitation from Orbit Baby, you are 18 or older, and you live in the United States. Submit using the same email address the invitation was sent to, since that is how we confirm your invitation. If you need to use a different address, write to hello@orbitbaby.com before you submit. You may submit as many videos as you like, and you may attach several to one submission.
What you get. Your first qualifying video earns your choice of a $75 prepaid Visa card or $150 in Orbit Baby credit. One reward per customer, however many videos you send. A video qualifies if it comes from an invited email address, is your own original footage, shows an Orbit Baby product in use, and meets the four requirements on this page. We review every submission within 5 business days and send rewards by email.
If we run your video as an ad. If we feature your video in a paid advertisement we will send an additional $250, once per video. When you redeem it you choose how to receive it: a prepaid Visa card, a bank transfer, PayPal or Venmo. We cover any processing fees, so you receive the full $250. This is separate from the one reward per customer above, so several of your videos can each earn it. Paid advertising means placements we pay to distribute, including boosted social posts. It does not include our own website, email, organic social posts or retail partner listings.
Reward terms. Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue. Prepaid Visa cards are reward cards issued for promotional purposes. They are not gift cards, and the funds expire on the date shown on the card. Cards are subject to the issuer's terms.
Taxes. Rewards may be taxable. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year we will ask for a Form W-9 and report the total as required. Any tax you owe is yours to pay.
Changes. Orbit Baby may change or end this program at any time. Changes will not affect a reward you have already earned.
Content Submission Terms. By submitting a video you confirm that you filmed it or have the right to share it, and that everyone who appears in it has agreed to appear, and that it does not include music, logos, artwork or other content you do not have the right to share. If a child appears in your video, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from their parent or legal guardian.
You grant Orbit Global, Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, edit, crop, caption, translate, reproduce, distribute and display your video, and the names, voices and likenesses in it, in any medium now known or later developed, including our website, email, social channels, retail partner listings and paid advertising. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use. Apart from the rewards described in these program terms, you are not entitled to further payment.
You keep ownership of your video. You may ask us to stop using it going forward by writing to hello@orbitbaby.com, and we will stop within a reasonable period, although we cannot recall material already printed, placed or distributed.
Submitting does not guarantee that we will use your video. Your reward is not conditioned on your video being positive. We ask only that it be honest.
We use the details you provide to review your submission, send your reward and contact you about your video. See our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
FAQ
Do I need to be a content creator?
No. You do not need any following at all. We're looking for authentic videos from real Orbit Baby customers.
What kind of video should I submit?
A video that shows you genuinely using your Orbit Baby products. Short-form clips, POV footage, testimonials, travel days, feature demonstrations and everyday family moments are all welcome. We accept video only, so photo submissions are not eligible.
What do I get for submitting?
Your choice of a $75 prepaid Visa card or $150 in Orbit Baby credit. A video qualifies if it comes from an invited email address, is your own original footage, shows an Orbit Baby product in use, and meets the four requirements on this page. If it does not, you are welcome to try again. We review every submission within 5 business days and send your reward by email.
Do you pay more if you use my video?
Yes. If we feature your video in a paid advertisement we send an additional $250, once per video, on top of your reward. When you redeem it you choose a prepaid Visa card, a bank transfer, PayPal or Venmo, and we cover any fees. That is separate from our paid Ambassador Program, which is an ongoing paid partnership we may invite you to.
Does the video need to be professionally shot?
Definitely not. Smartphone video is perfect. In many cases, natural and candid footage is exactly what we're looking for. Just film vertically, keep it to at least 10 seconds, and send us the original file.
How many videos can I submit?
As many as you like, and you can attach several to one submission. We issue one reward per customer, but the $250 bonus for paid ad usage is per video, so multiple videos may be eligible.
Do I need an invitation?
Yes. This program is only open to Orbit Baby customers who received an email invitation from us. Submit using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
