We encourage you to experience Orbit Baby in your own home and neighborhood.
- Eligible Products: Strollers and Travel System Bundles.
- The Window: Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the ship date.
- Trial Limit: The 60-Day Trial is limited to one return per household. Subsequent purchases of the same product category are not eligible for return under the trial policy.
- Condition: Items may show signs of “Gentle Trial Use" (e.g. normal tire wear). However, items showing excessive signs of wear, including but not limited to deep scratches, torn fabric, stains, mud, or rust, will not be accepted for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: We provide a free pre-paid return label. Original packaging is mandatory.

What testing and safety standards do you follow?
We meet and exceed all government regulations set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International.
The M+ Stroller meets ASTM (F2050 and F833) safety standards, prop 65 & it is CPSIA compliant.
Additionally, all of our products are certified by The Baby Safety Alliance (JPMA), and we submit various fabrics and materials to Oeko-Tex® for testing and certification of harmful levels of toxic substances.
Where can I see the stroller in person?
We know choosing a stroller system without seeing it in person is a big decision. Take it home and try it out. You’ve got 60 days to see if you love it, with free returns included.
